Messinaservizi Bene Comune S.p.A., in order to favour the participation and consultation of the greatest number of economic operators in possession of the requirements and capacities provided for by law, by means of this public notice intends to acquire expressions of interest for the formation of a list of E.O. for the subsequent awarding, in compliance with the principle of rotation of invitations, of the services, supplies and works under investigation. The procedure referred to in this notice is in no way binding on the Company, nor does it constitute an invitation to tender. The Company also reserves the right not to follow up the subsequent awarding procedures; therefore, no ranking or awarding of scores will be drawn up and no right will arise on the part of the economic operators vis-à-vis Messinaservizi Bene Comune S.p.A.
