DETERMINATION OF SUCCESSFUL CONCLUSION
\nof the services conference pursuant to Article 14-quater, Law No. 241\/1990, as convened and held above, which supersedes to all effects all acts of consent, however denominated, pertaining to the administrations and managers of public goods and services involved for the purpose of approving the project: Mitigation of the geomorphological risk of the slope overhanging the dry fraction waste treatment plant in the Pace - Messina locality to the west and the construction of canopies in the plant's yard. The terms of effectiveness of all opinions, authorisations, concessions, nulla osta or deeds of consent, however denominated, acquired during the services conference run from the date of communication of the present one.
\nFor the aforementioned purposes, it is ordered that a copy of this determination be sent in telematic form to the administrations and persons who by law must intervene in the procedure, and to the persons against whom the final measure is intended to produce direct effects, at their respective addresses.
\nAppeals against this act may be brought before the Regional Administrative Court within 60 days from the notification of this act or an extraordinary appeal to the Head of State within 120 days.
