Tendering by negotiated procedure without publication of a notice <\/strong>pursuant to Article 76 of Legislative Decree no. 36\/2023 (as amended and supplemented), for the performance of EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE WORK AIMED AT THE REHABILITATION OF GEOTEXTS DESTROYED BY FIRE AT THE PORTELLA ARENA DISPOSAL SITE - CUP F46J23000070004 -CIG B022AFE020<\/strong><\/p>\n

The amount of the works amounts to euro 984,406.32 plus VAT,<\/strong> of which \u20ac26,640.88 for safety charges and \u20ac97,672.86 for labour costs not subject to rebate pursuant to Article 41, paragraph 14, of Legislative Decree No. 36\/2023 (as amended).<\/p>\n

The tender procedure is conducted with the aid of computerised systems and the use of electronic means of communication. The contracting authority uses the Telematic Intermediary System of CONSIP<\/strong> called MePa<\/strong>which can be accessed via the point of presence on the telematic networks at the Internet address corresponding to the URL www.acquistinretepa.it<\/strong>for the awarding of the above-mentioned works.<\/p>\n
