WHEREAS, by public notice of 17.01.2022 Messinaservizi bene Comune S.p.A., in order to favour the participation and consultation of the greatest number of economic operators in possession of the requirements and capacities provided for by law, following the provision of the General Director no. 16 of 17.01.2022, proceeded to acquire the expressions of interest of the economic operators for the formation of a list of E.O. for the subsequent awarding, in compliance with a criterion of rotation of invitations, of the services\/supplies of the works under investigation.
\nConsidered that for the purpose of forming the 1st list of companies, applications submitted by 02 February 2022 at 14:00 hours were taken into consideration, with periodic updates on the basis of applications received every six months.
\nIn view of the above, this public notice informs interested parties that the above list will be updated by including any applications received after 02 February 2022, as well as the acquisition of further new applications that must be received in the manner and by the deadlines set out below.
