the public notice addressed to the direct awarding, pursuant to art. 36, lett. a) d.lgs. 50/2016 and pursuant to art.
1 para. 2 (a) of Law 120 of 11/09/2020, as amended by Art. 51 (1) (a), sub.
2.1), Decree-Law No. 77 of 2021 converted into Law No. 108/2021, of the appointment of an expert with high competence in the
field of day-to-day management of sites/dumps, to be entrusted with the role of external technical manager of the
landfills that have ceased operations.
