Pursuant to the provisions of the Court of Messina, Employment Section, by decree of 06.02.2025 in the context of the proceedings R.G. no. 6418/2024, Castriciano Matteo c./Messinaservizi Bene Comune SpA, as notification to the other parties pursuant to Article 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, the following deeds of the case, notified by pec by the party's lawyer, are published on the Company's website
plaintiff:

  • Appeal pursuant to Article 414 of the Code of Civil Procedure with simultaneous application for precautionary measures pursuant to Article 700 of the Code of Civil Procedure filed by Mr. Castriciano Matteo;
  • power of attorney for litigation signed by Mr Castriciano Matteo in favour of the lawyer Giuseppe Tribulato and signed by him for authentication;
