refuse collection vehicles and 9 sweepers CIG: 776256309F), set out in the specification in paragraph 18
"TENDER OPERATIONS: OPENING OF ENVELOPE A - VERIFICATION
ADMINISTRATIVE DOCUMENTATION" for Monday 4 March 2019 at 3 p.m., is
postponed to the day Wednesday 6 March 2019 at 3 p.m.
