(hereinafter also MSBC), intends to carry out a market survey, pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 50/2016 and ss.mm.ii. in order to identify, in compliance with the principles of equal treatment, non-discrimination and transparency, an economic operator with the necessary technical, economic-financial, administrative, organisational and legal requirements to which to entrust the service of managing procedures for the selection of personnel.
